This company should be ashamed of themselves. My 11 year old activated a free trial on my phone. I was unaware until I suddenly got slapped with a NINETY FOUR DOLLAR ($94!!) charge. Since I’ve never even heard of this app, nor will I EVER use it, I IMMEDIATELY requested a refund thru Apple, literally not even 60 seconds after they charged me. I was denied, twice! No explanation given. I emailed the company on their “feedback” form, since there’s no other way to contact them, & got no response whatsoever. I will never use this app, if they look at the activity on the account they’ll see it’s none, but they have no problem keeping my money, after providing me with NOTHING. I feel violated & stolen from. Having been FORCED to just donate money to god knows who, makes me nauseous. I could stomach 10 buck or something, but 100?!?! Ridiculous

I purchased Blend for $89/year, expecting that the subscription would cover the app’s core features. However, after using it only twice, it’s already asking me to buy more credits. This feels misleading and frustrating, since I thought the yearly fee would give me full access.The app itself works fine when it lets you use it, but the constant push for more payments on top of the subscription makes it hard to justify the cost. I was really hoping for better value and transparency.Unless they change this credit system, I don’t recommend Blend—it ends up costing much more than advertised.

I signed up for the MAX version because it advertised 5,000 AI backgrounds a month (showing a photo of a shirt on a plain background then the shirt on a model) when I try to use this feature it says I can make 200/month. That’s a BIG difference from 5,000 and sometimes it does a great job (yay! 🙌) but other times the images created look NOTHING like my requested imagine or it will make the same picture 2-3 times but deduct a credit every time. It should be fixed and only deduct a credit if the app does a good job and you save the photo. I’ve reached out to customer service three times with NO replies.
