The Timer You didn't know you needed
The enhancements keep coming. The latest update for MacOs and IOS versions (the ability to customize quick timer shortcut buttons) is a brilliant addition to what I once thought was a perfect app. If you have a duration you use all time, edit one of the shorcut buttons to meet your need.
I'm a fan of Reverse Polish Notation (RPN) and 1Timer.

Thiis is the 1Timer for ios ported to MacOS. The developer constantly updated the app over several months. The updates were enhancements, not corrections. The last improvemnet (so far) is the ability when adding an advanced timer is to choose timing mode: By Duration (Default) or By Target Ending Time. Perhaps that is why the name was chnged from count down timer to 1Timer. It has so many features it is hard to select the best but I am a fan of the timer continuing after the end is reached. It speaks the time since the end was reached. You can select how often to be reminded after the end is reached. Of course, you can select how often to be reminded whle it is reaching the destination. Another great feature : click the four arrow icon at the top left and time is displayed in a font large enough to see from accross the room.
The developer has produced a very polished app. The attention to detail is what makes it a superior app.
I'm so glad the mac version of this app is out.
I've been using the iOS app for a long time. Now I can use it on my macbook at work with a headset without having to worry about the voice going off.
The Best Tool!!!
This is by far the absolute answer, the best tool to help with tasking. Most importantly, it helps in maintaining focus to complete needed tasks! I love it.
