• A gentle check-in — done, partly done, unable this time, or a changed choice. Leaving a reason is optional.
• Weekly reflection — one of 12 colors is enough. Add words when there is a moment you want to keep.
• Your next choice — continue an action, make it smaller, or choose a pause.
• Moments that accumulate — explore the last four weeks or all your records, and revisit choices and reflections by value.
• Life in weeks — one box is one week. The lifespan you set is a frame for perspective, not a prediction of your actual lifespan.
• Optional weekly reminder — choose when to return and reflect. Reminders are never required.
• This week’s choice widget — remember your small choice from your Home Screen and open the app.
• Backup and restore — records stay on your device. Export a full backup to your own storage and import it on another device. Automatic cloud sync is not included.
