I have been waiting for 4 days now for them to pay me, with excuse after excuse why they haven’t paid me yet. I have screen recordings of EVERY interaction I’ve had with the Application due to the fact that this particular developer “kimi crush” decided they would keep my wins on another one of their apps. (Had I known this game was from the same developer, I wouldn’t have downloaded it. I only found out after doing a lot more research after this particular game “solitaire riches” decided they weren’t going to pay me what they owe me, which is a substantially higher amount than the last time i was scammed) I have sent them all of the identifying information they’ve requested of me, I sent them a video of me as requested and literally , per their rules and regulations, I should have received what is owed to me within 3 hours! Again I’m at day 4 of waiting for them to finish the process of cashing me out. I have gone back through the screen recordings that I have and am going to reach out to the developers of the other games that they have on their application in hopes that SOMEONE will pay me what is owed. If not , then a lawsuit is the next course of action. Considering I have all of their rules , all of their regulations, I’ve met every requirement ,I have also fulfilled every request they’ve given me and more importantly, I have screen recordings from every time I’ve ever opened the app, every time I’ve reached out to them via email, via customer support, via kimi crush website and every other interaction (including this one) , I am completely sure that there is a clear, cut throat case of fraud right here.
