Here’s what’s new: “Show All” Tab Now Appears First We’ve updated the Guides layout so the “Show All” tab appears first, helping elevate visibility for our Preferred Partners and making it easier for users to browse top dog-friendly businesses right away. This change improves discoverability and creates a stronger spotlight for active partners across the platform. Multiple Users Per Business Listing Businesses can now have multiple users to manage the same business listing. This means: - Owners, managers, and marketing team members can all access the account - Events, Pup Perks, and updates can be managed collaboratively - No more sharing login credentials - More flexibility. More control. Easier collaboration.

Here’s what’s new: Recurring Events Feature: Businesses can now create recurring events on a weekly or monthly basis. * This saves time and ensures consistent visibility for events like weekly meetups, monthly markets, or training classes. * Admins and business users can still edit or cancel individual occurrences as needed. Offering Card CTA Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that affected how CTA’s can be added to Offering Cards for partners. Scheduled Push Notifications: Admins can now schedule push notifications in advance to be sent to app users. * This allows for better planning of time-sensitive campaigns, event promotions, and announcements. * Notifications can be queued for specific days and times directly in the admin panel.

Here’s a look at the behind-the-scenes improvements we made this month to enhance app performance, admin control, and overall user experience: For All Users - Push Notification Limits To prevent spamming users, businesses are now limited to two push notifications per day. Additional notifications beyond the limit will be suppressed for that day. - No Notifications for Deleted Content Users will no longer receive push notifications for events or Pup Perks that have been deleted, preventing confusion and improving message relevance. UX Consistency for Filters - The filter list on the Pup Perks page (all tabs) and in “My Favorites” (My Top Picks & My Pup Perks) now mirrors the order of Guides in the app, ensuring a consistent and intuitive browsing experience. For Admins - Manage Default Cover Images Admins can now update the default images used for business page empty states and dog detail screens, allowing for more control over the app’s visual presentation. - Event Tag Management Admins now have the ability to create, edit, and delete event tags directly within the app. - Bug Fix – Grey Box Overlay Resolved an issue where a grey box appeared when a business was deleted by an admin. This has been fixed to ensure a clean UI experience.

Here’s what’s new: For All Users - Mandatory App Updates To ensure compatibility, security, and consistent performance, all users will now be prompted to update to the latest version of the app. - Search Within Guides You can now search by business name on the Guides Landing Page—making it faster and easier to find your favorite dog-friendly spots without scrolling through each Guide. - Best of Greenville Lists We’ve launched curated “Best of Greenville” Lists highlighting top local picks! Perfect for discovering new places to explore with your pup. - Improved App Insights Behind the scenes, we’ve enhanced our Google Analytics setup to better understand how users interact with the app. These insights help us make smarter updates based on real usage.

We’ve rolled out some exciting new features this month to make the app even more helpful—for both businesses and dog-loving users. Take a look at what’s new: For All Users: - Multi-Day Event Visibility Events that span multiple days now show both the start and end dates in all the right spots. - Explore More from Your Profile If your favorites list is empty, you’ll now see an “Explore” button under sections like My Top Picks, My Pup Perks, and My Events—making it easier to discover new dog-friendly places and perks. For Businesses: - Link Businesses Together You can now connect multiple businesses under one destination profile (for example, food trucks at a brewery or vendors at a market). This helps spotlight shared spaces and increases visibility for everyone involved. - Vendor Event Linking If you’re participating in an event hosted by another business, you can now link the existing event to your own business page. - Double-Tap to Claim a Business To reduce accidental claims, the “Claim Business” button now requires a double-tap. Tap once to preview, tap again to confirm.

Event Image Fix: Duplicated events were looking a little ruff... but not anymore! Event cover photos now stay sharp and clear, just like your pup’s best angle. Smarter Pup Perks: We’ve made Pup Perks more flexible and user-friendly: - End dates are now optional. This means perks can stay active indefinitely—no more accidental expirations. - When a perk doesn’t expire, you’ll now see “Available Now”. New: Lifetime Redemption Limit. Businesses can now choose how many times a user can redeem a perk in total. Once you’ve hit that limit, the button will show “Redeemed.” Overlay Fixes: - Cleared up an issue where certain overlays were blocking parts of the app after certain actions. Navigation should feel smoother and easier all around. Open the app and check out what’s new—your pup will thank you.

Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements – We’ve squashed some pesky bugs, including event-related issues, to make the app smoother and more reliable. For Our Partners Faster Event Creation – Setting up repeat events is now a breeze! You can duplicate existing events—just press and hold an event to see the new option. New Insights for Offerings – We are now tracking views and interactions with your Offering Cards, giving you valuable engagement data to understand how users are engaging with your offerings.
