I didn’t realize Hard Rock has two separate apps, one for Sportsbook and one for Casino. And when you register, they don’t make it clear that the welcome bonus you get depends on which app you happen to sign up through. Here’s the really confusing part, apparently, your money can be used across both apps, and you can even play casino games through either one. But the welcome bonus? Nope. That’s tied to whichever app you registered through. So I unknowingly signed up through Sportsbook, even though I don’t bet on sports and wouldn’t know what I was doing if you handed me a playbook. If you contact Hard Rock they will tell you they cannot switch bonus’, even though their setup isn’t clear. BUT, I asked to escalate it higher up & they ended up switching to the casino bonus, but made it clear it’s a one time only thing. I like the app but they do need to change that. I also did a refer a friend and had to ask for the $50 reward, but that was easy enough to do on chat. Other than that, I recommend.

Here is an update! The customer service representatives are still impossible to deal with they hold your winnings from you for the maximum amount of time and have you call to beg for your money! They will penalize you if you message them about anything they will penalize you if you cancel your withdrawal. And by penalize you, I mean they make you wait longer for any money to be received. This has been going on for three months and to say that it’s a disappointment is the very minimum! Take your money somewhere else.!!This is a very difficult review to write because this used to be one of the best apps. I don’t know whether it’s the updates or all of the changes, but it has really gone downhill the commercial that says you’ll be paid out within 30 minutes is a lie, and God forbid you cancel a withdrawal for any reason you will be waiting the full 24 hours as a penalty. And don’t ask customer care about anything because they will copy and paste everything that is already written on the web page and then disconnect from you. Even their trivia game, which used to be so much fun has gone south they no longer pay cash. They pay gold coins and if you don’t play tables, then they are useless.! It is sad to see such a great app go down the toilet so quickly. And there’s no when you can talk to or complain about anything too it’s just a big disappointment!! I know I’m not the only one who feels this way as well and after reading some of these reviews, it is clear that a lot of people feel the same.

So I’m a very reluctant gambler. But when they offered 100% of your losses back for the first 24 hours of gaming. I thought what the hell I can’t lose anything so I gambled and I was I was up quite a bit, but I’m a new gambler. I don’t really know what I’m doing and then I I end up losing everything I had won plus what I had deposited, but I’m not worried about it because they say oh we’re gonna give you 100% of your which, by the way, I did confirm with their in app chat before I did it to be fair but when I went to losses back, all of a sudden, the promotion was no longer in my promo section of the app so I hit of support like what’s going on why is my promo not showing in my app and when can I expect to receive my for them to tell me that I had canceled the offer for the hundred percent losses back, which I did not I’m getting emails from responsible gambling like what can they do to help support me in my in my gambling problem again I never gamble. I only gamble because it was 100% losses back promotion and now they’re not they have not given me to this day my losses back yet so I guess beware of trying to just get you to gamble under the guys of a promotion. I’m still hoping I get my losses back because it was quite a bit of money and that is the promotion that I signed up for the other stipulation was to be within the first 24 hours of your first bet which it was within the first 24 hours of my first bet I guess my hope is that maybe this way I’ll be able to talk to somebody and I will be able to recoup the losses that I had from their app due to me believing that they would standby the promotion they were giving to the new customer

Downloaded the app deposited the money awaited my welcome bonus of 200 spins ,never received them, but it did say it could take up to two hours after deposit, no problem played for about an hour because it was late when I downloaded the app , logged back in the next day in the afternoon sometime to see if the welcome bonus had been applied and it had not we are now on the third day I have reached out to customer service no reply only received an email asking to verify my identity why at this point when there is a verification process when I signed up, is it because I am questioning the welcome bonus. I did receive my loses back as part of the welcome bonus but I can’t even play it because they suspended my acct and now want me to verify myself which could take some time considering its the holidays and you only have 24 hours to play that deposit money back which I know that won’t happen because they haven’t even answered the email considering the welcome bonus so I know my identity won’t be verified in less than 24 hours I won’t even worry about it I’m just gonna delete the app And play my usual MGM and Hollywood casino apps with no issues … ever ‼️
