Downloaded the app deposited the money awaited my welcome bonus of 200 spins ,never received them, but it did say it could take up to two hours after deposit, no problem played for about an hour because it was late when I downloaded the app , logged back in the next day in the afternoon sometime to see if the welcome bonus had been applied and it had not we are now on the third day I have reached out to customer service no reply only received an email asking to verify my identity why at this point when there is a verification process when I signed up, is it because I am questioning the welcome bonus. I lost $350 in less than 30 minutes. There is a glitch in the new game if you try to upload money or every now and then it will kick you out and reset the bonus to zero to where you have to build it up again it's not like the other slots where if you upload money, the bonus is still they definitely should've fixed this before allowing people to play.
