This is great - user friendly and I love being able to earn a competitive yield on my USDG - this means I won’t have to transfer it back out somewhere else where it will earn a better rate. I’d love to see something like expense tracking and groups like Venmo/Splitwise. This would convince me to fully make the jump over to Krak. Thanks!

STOLE MY MONEY

I signed up for an account. Deposited $1,400 over the course of a couple days. As I was waiting for my crypto holds (7 days after purchase) to be lifted so I could transfer funds around, THEY EMAILED ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND COULD NOT TELL ME WHY.....they Instructed me to withdraw my funds because my account would no lo her be active 10 days after tye notice. 2 of my purchases still had 5 days left on the hold and the 3rd had 7 days. This was very unsettling so I requested they lift the holds. They basically said no and I have to wait. So I waited and withdrew my first 2 purchases and then the next day they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT 5 DAYS EARLY WITH MONEY STILL BEING HELD THAT I COULDNT WITHDRAW. Email support literally takes 24hrs per response and so far they have not assisted me at all in recovering the funds that were still left in my account. This is just extremely unethical and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM AS THERE IS A CHANCE THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND STEAL THE FUNDS INSIDE.

To test it out I put $50 in my Krak and converted it to USDG for the APY benefits. But then when I wanted to use it to buy crypto I couldn’t figure out how to put that money in my Kraken. There’s a “transfer” that would show it had moved it, but only within the Krak app. When I went to my Kraken nothing had changed or been added; no activity changes noted in Kraken either. I’m currently waiting on support trying to figure out how to get my money into my Kraken. This seems like a poor UI issue, not a finance issue. Perhaps some tutorial videos are needed to permanently exist in the menu.

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback. 'Everyday' balance refers to the funds in the Krak app. On the right side you will see Kraken which is the balance in your Kraken account. If you want to move your Krak 'Everyday' funds to Kraken you need to select transfer after clicking on your 'Everyday' account.
