Lysoniq is a premium music player/streamer with cross-device remote control. Install it on your Apple devices to seamlessly play music through any one of them and control the app with the others.

Built to handle huge libraries — load thousands of songs into the player without slowdown. Full queue management with swipe to delete, drag to rearrange, tap to skip ahead, and insert into the queue. True Shuffle that actually randomizes your music.
Browse the full Apple Music catalog with top songs, albums, and playlists across 30+ cities and countries, 17 genres, and dedicated Hi-Res Lossless and Dolby Atmos sections. Access Made For You, Recently Played, New Releases, live radio stations, and all of Apple Music's personalized recommendations. Your full synced library with sorting and filtering included.

Built from the ground up with audiophiles in mind. Reviewing audio gear? Use a subloop to focus in on a particular section of a track, with the option to add a timer between loops to switch equipment. Automatic sample rate switching on macOS — the system output adjusts to match each track's native resolution, so nothing gets resampled (up to 24-bit/96kHz). Output up to 24-bit/192kHz on iOS, 24-bit/96kHz on macOS, and 24-bit/48kHz on Apple TV.
Now available in 20 languages including Chinese (Hong Kong, Simplified, and Traditional), Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian Bokmål, Polish, Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.

Very well implemented functionality to control one Apple device that’s wired to a DAC/amp from another for listening to true hi-res audio. This app replicates Apple Music on two or more devices on the same network, so that while one is hard-wired to an external DAC, it can be fully controlled from a second device. Pay for it once (greatly preferred to a subscription!), install it on two or more devices; set one as your source, and another as a mirrored remote, and what you see on one, the other is actually playing. I have my iPad connected to a DAC/amp through a USB-optical audio adapter, and can control it from across the room from my iPhone. It works flawlessly, doing anything you can do in the Apple Music app without ever leaving the couch once the iPad is plugged in. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Great job!
Finally Apple Music Works

I have a deep appreciation for the developer of Lysonic. What they did Apple was unable to do. Not only do I now have a working remote for Apple Music but the music sounds better! The interface is very similar to Apple Music so there is very little learning curve. Lysonic works from my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Same music plays so it is seamless going from one interface to the other. There are still bugs to work out, some lag, some tracks that will not play but this is a small sacrifice. Apple’s Remote was tragic and getting worse with every system update. So glad to have Lysonic.
Unique app. Excellent support.

The developer is the most friendly customer support I have ever come across. He also keeps the app frequently updated and adds new features to the extent that Apple allows it. The app is now relatively stable, with understandable amount of bugs and quirks here and there, but once you get it going, it works rather well. Overall, highly recommended for it's unique features and excellent support.
Perfect for Audiophiles using Apple Music as their platform

Downloaded this app as I was looking for a way to control my iPhone/iPad connected to my hifi setup. This worked flawlessly and is a perfect substitute to SpotifyConnect. It works just like SpotifyConnect but with Apple Music. You will need to install it on two devices (the playing device and remote control device). Fairly easy to setup.
New in this update:
- Crossfade (iOS 18+): smoothly blend the end of one song into the start of the next. Turn it on and set the length (1 - 12 seconds) in Settings under Song Transitions.
- Album "About" notes: Apple Music's editorial write-ups now appear on album pages. Tap "More" to read the full notes. (iOS, macOS, and tvOS.)
Library updates:
- Updated toolbar menu on Songs, Albums, Artists, Recently Added, and Playlists with quick Play, Shuffle, Search, and Refresh.
- Play or Shuffle a whole library view in one tap (up to 10,000 songs). Use filtering to reduce to your desired content.
- Search now lives in the menu to show more content when not needed - tap Search to show it.
