It all started with my very first mystery box. It was the holidays. I told myself daughter’s granddaughters all could Benefit, but did they? No they did not. I started to dress them up as though they were my own they matched certain outfits or they went with his shoes and then came the next mystery box. That’s right good intentions again with that beautiful elephant keychain that I’ve picked up at the trip matched one of the bags then there was that darling little owl that I picked up in Washington on another little so much to me and it matched perfectly with that odd colored green bag that was nestled in my beautiful mystery box. Can’t give that up right? Then it was the tassel taco darling little pouches that were perfect just to carry. When dressed formally and they come in so many colors and then there’s the point well the point. Because well, there were wallets that needed to go in each of these bags. Of course I know you understand. Finally, this past summer I did meet up with daughters and granddaughters and begrudgingly gave. Away with decorations, as it should be Portland Leather bags to which I had developed a relationship with. I can only hope that they love them the way that I do. But since they haven’t put them down since they received them? I’m thinking yeah anyway the holidays are coming around again. And I have points. I am a unicorn. I love Portland Leather.

And when it comes to support, whether it’s returns or customer service, the app makes it incredibly simple to get help fast. That kind of accessibility is a game-changer.Looking ahead, I’d love to see the app host live events for the next C-grade sale. These sales move lightning-fast, and many folks miss out because they can’t respond quickly enough. A live, in-app experience could make all the difference—and I believe this team is more than capable of pulling it off.Hats off to Portland Leather for a fantastic launch. I am new to PLG and I have had really great customer service. Since I do not live near any of the stores I’ve had to do my shopping online. Obviously I am not going to like everything that shows up, but they are a great about getting the returns approved and labels ready so I don’t have to wait forever to get a refund (I do purchase the package protection and free returns for this reason). I would love to visit a store one day, but for now I am happy doing my shopping online knowing I can easily return any items I don’t wish to keep. I have already told so many people abut PLG! As long as they stay in buisness I will be a customer for life! 🩷

I love the PLG app. It’s easy to zoom in on photos, set favorites, and get alerts when items are back in stock. Some possible enhancements to make it even better would be leaving items and colors on the app but marking them unavailable so we can set an alerts. For example, the tassels only show available colors. I don’t have the option to set an alerts for colors I know sporadically come back in stock. Also, when setting favorites, let us choose the size and color we want, not just the style.
