Easier setup for new families
- Redesigned welcome and conversational onboarding, a simpler chat-style flow to create your account and add loved ones.
-Improved setup wizard after onboarding: add photos, birthdays, and profile details for each loved one, plus optional emergency contact info.
Stay connected
- Email notifications for new discussions and comments (when enabled by your Loop admin).
- SMS notifications with clearer consent and delivery, opt in when adding or editing a user’s phone number.
- More reliable SMS delivery with improved carrier/sender configuration.
Appointments
- Appointments can include purpose and provider phone number.
- Easier provider selection when scheduling.
