REDACTION • Watchlist — define your sensitive data once and relax. Items in your watchlist will always be redacted. • Automatic detection — the app comes with a built-in ML model to detect sensitive data that's not in watchlist. • Allowlist — exclude trusted values from redaction. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Every detection is shown before export. • Approve or skip items individually • Edit replacements inline • Mask values (so "John Smith" becomes "XXXX XXXXX"), replace them with a different value, or remove the text entirely TRUE PDF REDACTION Most tools just paint a black box over text. The original data is still in the file, recoverable in seconds with copy-paste. Total Redact removes the underlying data.
