The Good: The program runs well. Play is smooth and consistent. The players not so much, but such is the nature of poker. They add in various events to keep things interesting, and there are always others to play against.The Bad: there are a tremendous number of announcement screens most times I log in. I understand they need these to update players as to events, etc, but if I’ve just watched them 30 min ago, I don’t really need to see them all again. And the dismiss buttons often line up with the buy chips buttons. I’ve done this on more than one occasion. Fortunately, you have to verify purchases, so you can cancel, but annoying at best and deceptive at worst.The Ugly: The Mega Bonus wheel. There is one golden wedge out of twelve wedges total. Currently, I’m on a streak where I’ve spun that wheel more than 80 times and not hit the Mega Bonus. If it were a fair wheel, this scenario should only happen about 1 in 1,000 times. I could be that unlucky. During this same time, I’ve only hit one of three higher paying red wedges. The odds of seeing this are exponentially lower. When I first started the game, I hit the Mega Bonus every now and then as I would expect. So, I believe the odds on the wheel change over time, with no indication of this. Sure, they are just free chips, so doesn’t matter. Except, each time, they offer a Mega Bonus multiplier for $4.99 and up. If the odds are the same for the paid wheel, then I think this is highly misleading and should include a warning. Play at your own risk!!!

The only drawback is too much push to purchase chips..... I like the speed games best. Still enjoyable....... I don’t like how people with 100’s of 1,000s and even 1 billion dollars that play in the 2,500 games— with players struggling to stay on WSOP.... these bullies over bet to push us out...... not right. My cards have been horrible for 3 months now. I’ve lost $250,000 and am now under 10,000.....I enjoy the games and each creative ideas of making extra chips. But on 3 occasions in the past 6 weeks I was removed and had to start over. Each time I was give a new players name. The last time I was called Shooters and had risen to over 300,000,000 chips ( I know there was another with the name Shooter and Shooters) so if you find a Shooters that has suddenly become inactive that was me….. and now I struggle after the restart ( 15,000,000) to build it again…. 4-5 stars. Again they’ve taken away my $300,000,000 chips when I was Shooters. In another restart it’s taken a few weeks but I am up to $50,000,000 now as Craig… but rating is 5 stars…… I don’t like it that we are penalized our rankings for not winning hands.. in a week I’ve drop from an A rating to a K4 rating and gone from $550M to $44M because I have lost……I still enjoy playing but I dislike how WSOP dropped me out of main game… I had 2.15 b in chips. Suddenly they asked for my log in info after many years…. When I wouldn’t give it ( don’t trust em when they ask for personal data….. then they made me start over from scratch… craig

You guys have a great app been playing for years, and yes guys, it really is free! However, recent changes/updates DO NOT feel natural, algorithm is way off, numbers randomizer is statistically impossible,I’ll bet even the pros are befuddled lol. I’ve lost billions in the past week or so, haven’t earned an academy season in months, and please don’t advertise beaucoup card pks, thrill wheel spins, whatever, unless you truly mean it… I’ll keep logging on to collect my freebies but hey you’re making it really difficult to actually play, has become more ‘pay to play’ or else we’ll drain your hard earned, and I do mean earned not ‘bought’, chips. Shame on you guys from us who love the art of poker. Why would we be here if, after years of gaining/learning this beloved skill set, we not been forced to buy chips? Now feel forced and I’m not loving it like I always have. Don’t screw up this great app guys and jeopardize your legendary namesake, keep your integrity and keep up the the good work by fine tuning recent changes, make it ‘natural’ again, make sure your AI sitters are programmed to ‘play’ the game, not ‘take’ the game. And most of all, don’t give me your pat answer I see everywhere in this rate me space. Doing so would only add credibility to my post… how about ‘we take your post seriously and will look into what changes/patches are necessary to keep the game real’? Okay? Okay.

I can understand the four or five pop ups in a row, they want money. But four every time you open the app and another two if you leave a table and they all have a different way of making them go away. Don’t allow your device to make purchases without password or you’ll be out a lot of real money real quick. At first you can sign up as guest but if you use Facebook it’s permanently linked to your account so if you try to disconnect Facebook you have to start all over and if you edit Facebook information you let the app have access to it will make you re-sign in every day and re-edit the information you allow them to access. Don’t worry they send you an email with a link to edit the information you allow them to access but it doesn’t work and they are working on fixing the problem. If I wanted to buy chips, I’d buy chips. I shouldn’t be forced to say “no I don’t want any chips right now” over and over and over. The app also likes to Change the tables you play at, every time the app tries to put you at the highest stakes table you can afford in an attempt to drain your bankroll. And it changes the slot machine stakes too they get you in with a free spin and if you spin again after that the app has changed the amount per spin to half your bankroll. If you can manage to avoid the absolutely predatory tactics then this game is fun to play. Also I know my piggy bank is full stop throwing it in my face every table I join. 3 stars cuz i like poker.
