Hello, I like Pluto TV a lot but I was just wondering if there’s a way that maybe I love listening to it but I was wondering if there’s a way maybe you guys can make your app for screen reader users if you can make your app accessible if there’s any chance that you can actually make it accessible for voiceover users too that would be real appreciated. Thank you to Brew. Keep up the good work. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’m totally blind but I love listening to a different stuff on Pluto like movies or Mari game shows but if I can just get to where maybe the screen is a little more accessible with screen readers so I can go and find a up channel the down channel. I really really would appreciate that thank you guys keep up your good work. I love Pluto. and if you wouldn’t mind, maybe worthy on the Man section is at the bottom Tab most of it is labeled tonight. I love it. I do but once I’m into the on demand, I can’t exit like the player and when I’m on regular live TV. I can’t find the channel but but like I said keep up the good work I would love to see Pluto come accessible for screen reader users that’s if you have a screen reader turned on thank you I use screen reader which it is actually called voiceover in the iPhone. but thank you guys. If there is any possible way that you can make your app accessible so I can actually really enjoy it because I have to use screen reader thank you again.

Used to watch Pluto almost exclusively but one day i could no longer rewind & fast forward - i continued checking & it wasn’t a fluke so sadly: no more Pluto. What REALLY hurt is that you were running a favorite movie (That Touch of Mink) but i simply cannot RELAX & enjoy watching anything unless i feel assured that if i miss anything or want to rewatch something i’m able to rewind. Probably my own personal quirk but it’s enough to ruin perusing the app for me. Now that i see those features are back .. so am i!🙋🏻‍♀️ This FREE APP has tons of great movies & series/sitcoms! i’m thrilled to once more be watching Pluto but if the ff/rewind disappears - so will i! 🤞🏻PLEASE don’t ever do that again, it was TORTURE! Ps By the time Pluto finally brought the controls back, my favorite Doris Day film was no longer on Pluto. So you’re still getting 5 stars bc i’m so excited that i can watch again BUT this app has caused me a ton of upset & irritation! My hope is that there are many more like me so that you now know that it’s NOT COOL to pull that crap! It makes total sense feasibly - why would customers ever be happy when privileges are taken away, you should’ve at least lowered your prices! Everything is great, PLEASE don’t change anymore - i would truly prefer to stay! .. hey, you asked! THANX! 😬

First off let me say that I LOVE this App! Being able to see old episodes of Doctor Who and other shows is awesome.. But I do wish you’d change it up & run some different episodes from these shows.. Take Doctor Who for example: If we just take the “Classic” Seasons of Doctor Who, there was probably 200+ episodes, or more.. But this App plays maybe 20 episodes all told, then starts over and plays the same 20 episodes, then starts over and plays the same 20 episodes.. So unfortunately I’ve stopped watching it cause I’ve seen the same 20 episodes maybe 15 times each.. I just can’t watch the same ones over & over anymore.. But the main reason I’m writing this is because there’s a glitch in the app.. Every time I open the app for the 1st time of the day it says, “Having trouble with this title”, meaning the show won’t run.. Then I click to a new channel & it will say the same thing, “Having trouble with this title”.. NO show will run.. Then I have to turn my phone off completely & then restart it, then open the app again & it will finally run the way it’s supposed it.. I have to do this EVERY SINGLE DAY.. But I’m sorry, if this doesn’t get corrected I’m gonna have to stop using the App all together cause I really don’t like having to shut off my phone & restart it every day just to use ur app.. So Please, please fix this glitch & add some new episodes & I’ll use ur app forever!!

The app right away shows the option to connect to home network so you can airplay to devices in your home. I attempted to do this to watch a show with my sister. Except every time we did, the app would glitch in the middle of the episode and play the ad break and then say “can’t connect to network to play video”. But then when I reset everything and try to move the episode back to the spot we left off the app plays another 2 - 4 minutes of ads and then displays “can’t connect to network” AGAIN. And when watching purely on the phone they make you watch that same chunk of ads, 2 - 4 minutes just to finish out the last 30 seconds of the episode!!!! Ridiculous!We were trying to watch the Andy Griffith show and each episode is 20 minutes and we basically were stuck watching nearly 15 minutes in ads trying to get it to work. Such a waste of time and a scam. They also have way too many stupid political ads. People are coming to your platform to be entertained and not think about that kind of stuff. Such a sellout and a trashy move.Not to mention when I tried to plug my phone into my projector to watch the show the app blocks it!! But yet when I airplay so I can watch on a bigger screen it constantly glitches and won’t work!! Extremely frustrating.Tubi is FAR better with less ads and more options to play for free on a bigger screen. And points to them for not having ridiculous political ads so far anyway.
