Great app for all medicine needs. Delivery is super fast and customer service is excellent. Best part is they give discount on medicines better than local chemists and also add cash back in the account at every purchase. Only problem I see is availability of some medicines, which are out of stock for long. I am using this app for last 6 months and very impressed with their service.

Excellent service and reasonable delivery lead time

App is really easy and intuitive to use. My parents live in India and I am in the US. This app is downloadable from both places. I am able to sign my parents up on the app. They are not very tech savvy. And this pandemic is not really making things easy for them to find their medication near where they live. They live in a up and coming neighborhood of Vijayawada in the outskirts. So this app is really helpful for them even when everything is operating normally. They sent me pictures of their prescriptions. I uploaded them to the app, searched for the drugs as per the prescriptions and placed the order. I didn’t understand why they can’t settle the bill during order process, but that seems to be the process other online ordering as well. I am assuming they will streamline this process also and take the payment while ordering. One thing to remember, none of the foreign credit cards work on this app. Even American Express. I had to use my parents card. It says they can do cash in delivery, but I wanted to keep the personal interaction limited because my parents are at high risk to the virus. This delayed the process for a few hours, maybe a day. But once I saved the payment method, it’s used for my next order without waiting for us to make the payment. We are now getting the drugs delivered in about 5 days since placing the order. That’s very good! I think the app design takes into consideration of parents-kids situation where they are far apart like us. I am recommending this to all my friends and relatives. Thank you so much for your service and excellent app. I am even able to show the pictures of the medicine to my parents and they compare them to their current ones to make sure we are ordering the right medicine. Really happy with this app!

I was purchasing medicines one of reputed online supplier past 2 years. The beginning their services was excellent and satisfied but last few months not getting our monthly regular medicines properly. I informed them by mail regarding the issue but never get proper response and action on it. This reason moved to PharmEasy. I tested with my first two orders and satisfied and third monthly medicines ordered and received early as they promised.I am very satisfied with PharmEasy and hope this fast and punctual will go in future. It will help to get more costumers and good reputation to company.Thank you

Delayed delivery with incomplete order

Try at your risk or if you have like good time to waste may be like for chocolates not for medicines .. Whole purpose is defeated first they keep on changing delivery dates (in my case 3 days ) secondly on 3rd day after wasting entire day it was updated saying one medicine wasn’t available.. common this is pathetic if one depend upon this app for medicines without having stock and also not sure if they will send trimmed order or complete.. Now I doubt even if medicines will be legitimate or not .. We also called their customer care to atleast confirm us if they can deliver or not which they were not able to update hence no point .. my advise to all reading this review is to Save your time and use some other better method atleast for medicines
