Ask IT – • A CHATBOT provides solution to almost every query of taxpayer in no-time. • Available on 24 X 7 basis 365 days; • Unique functionality of keyword based search 2. About TPS Vertical - Contains information about all the TPS offices across the India searchable through Google Map. 3. TRP at your doorstep – Now locate your nearest TRP in just a click. Provides Name, Email ID, Contact Details of TRP alongwith its location on Google Map 4. Tax Tools – Provides quick calculation on mere input of basic information available with a taxpayers; 5. Return Preparation Made Easy, PAN/TAN, TDS/TRACES, Tax Payment– Provides filtered results based on users requirement 6. Live Chat – In case users have any query they can use the Live chat option. This facility will be available on working days on Monday to Friday between 10AM to 6PM. 7. Tax Gyaan – A game to enable the users to learn about Income Tax by just playing a game. It’s a Multiple choice question based game to provide knowledge to the users. The game is divided into 4 levels Beginner, Normal, Hard, Difficult.
