Persistent freezing. Toaster messages that block buttons. Horrible load times. Pointlessly accurate time entry (to the minute? EVV clocks are only as accurate as 15 minutes). Confusing approval and correction processes. This app needs someone to storyboard the entire thing and redesign it around caregivers, and responsible parties alike.

If you forget to clock in and/or out for your shift, click on the three blue lines at the top left (menu drop down) of the “Home” page. Look for “Shift History” and click. When on that page, click the “+” sign at the top right. That will take you to a page where you can manually type in your corrected information. When you submit your information, you will be asked why you are submitting it manually. Just click the appropriate reason and submit. I hope this helps.

UI is somewhat “lifeless” and boringly confusing to use. Why have multiple menu options when there’s really nothing to do or see?Useful Features: reminder to clock-in/out, a built-in calendar, notifications of clock in/out and while time clock is still running of time in shift so far.

Frustrating that this app doesn’t work considering how simple and plain it is. Have to email the company to get my hours sorted out because I was missing a check…. Turns out this lovely app was clocking me at negative amounts of time clocked in somehow? Despite clock in and out dates and times all being correct. Has also screwed up my clients budget hours as they’re not registering correctly because of it. Fix your app!!!
