Resolved an issue with form submission errors

Fix for scenarios that had the potential to cause duplicate form submissions.

Option to load data sets only after a user expands a repeatable group, improving performance when opening large forms. Can now postpone submissions when connectivity is low and send them later. Option to view photos and documents from previous submissions using an alternate gallery (available for IFS Cloud only). Routine maintenance and performance enhancements.

Fixes in the following areas: Sections when duplicated on a form Workflow steps with unmet conditions Summary rows on dynamic tables Repeatable groups with conditionally required fields Versioned forms with data set changes between versions

Fixed an issue where long text fields were not fully displayed in dynamic tables. Addressed a problem where form actions did not run correctly when multiple repeatable groups were present. Resolved an issue that caused some submitted forms to also be saved locally on the device.

Data sets filter on zero values. Form description with associated merge fields appears on saved child forms.
