What's new in AegisLink 1.0.8 More reliable groups Removing a member now really works. The removed person can no longer send or receive messages and keeps the history as read-only. Deleting a group deletes it for everyone, and it no longer comes back. Admins and moderators now have real permissions: add, remove, rename and accept join requests, as set by the owner. If you require approval before joining groups, the invitation now shows up in the chat with the person who invited you, with Join and Decline buttons, and you get a notification. Connection The app reconnects on its own when you switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data). No more "registration failed" warning when your identity is already registered. Navigation Swipe from the left edge to go back to the previous screen. Invites Invite a friend from Privacy, with or without your contact link. Important fix Fixed an issue where, after using more than one profile, the app could get stuck on "Initializing secure storage" and not let you create or open your account.

YOUR OWN RELAY • AegisLink can now talk across independently hosted relays over Tor — a contact on a different relay works like any other contact, no shared server required. • Call setup is sealed too when the other side supports it: the relay no longer learns who is calling whom. NOTIFICATIONS • Fixed "ghost" notifications: typing, read receipts and background sync no longer trigger an empty "new message" banner. • The app icon badge now matches your real unread count instead of only ever going up. • Lock-screen notifications no longer leak a contact's name or message content when previews are turned off. ATTACHMENTS • Attachments no longer get stuck on "sending" forever — a failed upload now offers a retry. • Pull down on Chats, Groups or Channels to sync right now instead of waiting. PRIVACY • "Who can see my photo" is now enforced on every message, not just remembered as a setting. • Blocked contacts can no longer call you. Privacy has a real Blocked list with one-tap unblock. • Mute finally works as expected: "always mute" stays muted, timed mutes expire on schedule, and groups can be muted too. • Deleting a message or letting a photo expire also removes its file from disk, not just the chat entry. SEARCH AND GROUPS • Search now looks through your entire chat history and never brings back a deleted message. • Leaving a group now actually tells the other members — a stray message can no longer pull you back in. BACKUP • Backup and restore are complete: contacts, groups, preferences and messages all recover correctly. Plus smaller fixes to profiles, nicknames and data export.

NOTIFICATIONS AND CALLS • You are now alerted with the app minimised or closed. • Incoming calls have a single screen on iOS, and no longer hold on to the audio. SECURITY • Fixed a flaw in the decoy PIN: if the internal check failed, the PIN you hand over under coercion would unlock the real account instead of the decoy. LANGUAGES • Five screens and every call error were never translated. They are now in English, Spanish and Italian. OTHER • Channel invite links now work from chat.

Si la conexión se cae a mitad, el mensaje se reintenta en lugar de perderse. • Notificaciones con la app cerrada. Corregido el registro del dispositivo para avisos, que en algunos iPhone se quedaba a medias y dejaba al teléfono sin recibir ninguna notificación mientras la app no estaba abierta. • Aviso cuando las notificaciones están bloqueadas, con acceso directo a los ajustes para reactivarlas. • Corregido: al enviar un mensaje, el texto podía reaparecer en el cuadro de escritura.
