Fixed issue with iFCC Payment Device with network connection Improved Payment screen messaging during payment transaction

Fixed issue on payment device not reconnecting, after payment device is moved back from out of range state. Fixed issue on scenarios, where the app would crash caused by error in iFCC connection state.
