I downloaded this app from an advertisement on Facebook. I see it has in app purchases which naturally I understand that means I would have to buy a subscription if I want to have full use. I thought I would give it a try to see if it would be worth the purchase. Upon the initial setup it is immediately trying to get me to sign up for a subscription without even trying the program. Through the multiple taps they make it seem like you have to pay for the subscription to even use the program. I finally figured out how to get out of the initial screen to use it. I tried to do one mashup which never was made while it says should take 2-5 minutes. There is a button that says you can speed up the time if you pay for the subscription. But I am not paying for something that doesn’t even work in the trial version. Needless to say I am giving this a one star as it is clear they are trying to bait and switch you into buying a subscription without even trying the program.

I tried to generate a remix and watched my phone overheat for an hour with nothing to show for it. I then paid $7.99 for a week subscription with the promise of the app generating project faster, but the app just kept “generating“ for an additional 30 minutes while my phone got hotter. There was no way to cancel generating the project, so I uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled, it asked me to pay for another subscription, so I paid $7.99 for nothing. At least it was only $7.99, but still. It was a rip off.
