Paid $67 for the app and have asked for for my money back in less than a week. If you pay through a website with a discount you can’t cancel via your play or app stores subscriptions, it won’t be there, you have to email them and be at their mercy. Reading these reviews it seems they fight with you to cancel. Their terms say they have a no refund policy unless there is a glitch… I would say my experience is a giant glitch as i have not been able to use it in three days I’ve had itSo let’s start as to why- first there are no requirements told to you before you download it. As far as I can tell you need to have a fairly large, empty area for it to register that you’re there, with a solid background wall. I’ve tried to do this outside because my house is too small and that didn’t work either. It will not recognize that I am there. You also have to have some way for your phone to be standing up far enough away from you to recognize you. Support told me it could be laid on the ground but not sure how that is possible cause then you can’t see the screen…The ads make it look fun and make me really want to try it but it doesn’t work and is a bust. It did remind me of a mobile phone version of the wii fit games from early 2010s in the ads which is why I really wanted to play this to keep in shape

I downloaded this app with a Black Friday sale last year as it looked like a fun way to get some exercise. I tried doing it solo and with a friend and it was ok- found it not worth using again after the initial tries. My main issue is the fact that I routinely check my subscriptions to make sure I'm not paying for apps I don't want any more. Tuby never showed and I only realized when checking my bank account recently that I had a $48 charge for the app and I immediately tried to get my money back as I most certainly wouldn't have authorized a repeat purchase. As another reviewer said you have to email the company directly to cancel and are at their mercy through that method and I'm so grossed out they essentially say "sorry it's in the agreement we don't do refunds and it will automatically renew". Ok so you are knowingly banking on people not seeing your subscription through their phone subscriptions and taking their money without any reminder of an upcoming charge- seems predatory to me and bad customer service to not return people's money for an unused service. Clearly they are willing to sound like they will change given the featured review's response- but that was a year ago and they haven't changed a thing. Leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for this company and their procedures.

I downloaded this app because my son thought it looked fun and we used it a couple of times but found it was just okay so we deleted it. I started receiving tons of spam calls and pop up ads, and after not using it received multiple charges (two at the same time for identical amounts) that I reported to the bank as fraudulent. They would not reverse the charge and advised me I’d need to cancel a subscription I literally cannot find anywhere to cancel, and have been emailing for months without a single response to the email address listed in the app (and mentioned in reply to other reviews here) but have not ever gotten a reply from this company. I’ve been attempting since last year to cancel this nonsense and continue to get charges for increasing amounts (this time it was 2 separate $80+ charges) and the card company gave me a number they have on file. It goes to an automated recording saying they cannot accept calls (at 3:00 on a weekday their time, it was a California number), and when I attempt to email the address it provides it bounces back as undeliverable. I’m so over this app and regret ever downloading it. Be prepared to sign over your bank account indefinitely if you choose to download it, because apparently you will be railroaded into recurring charges and can’t ever cancel.

I wanted to give this a try and hand to ask for a link for the free trial. Once I signed up for it, I realized I wouldn’t use it, definitely not enough to justify the cost. I kept trying to cancel, but there’s nowhere in the app to cancel. I tried deleting my account thinking that would work, but it just kept crashing or telling me I had no internet connection (I tried on Wi-Fi and off). I contacted support and while waiting for them to get back to me I was charged $67 twice. I’m hoping to hear back soon, but as of now I’m out $134 I don’t have for an app I won’t use. Seems like a cool idea for an app, but not worth the money even to just try it. ... ETA: I was reimbursed some of the money (yet to be seen in my account though), after many days of trying, but not all of it despite the fact that they have no way of canceling or contacting them though their app. It wasn’t even listed under my subscriptions on my phone with the others. It seems possibly by design to scam people, so purchase at your own risk. I wouldn’t try the free trial unless you’re positive you want to subscribe, and if you don’t plan on renewing, I’d start attempting to cancel immediately after signing up.
