Parents get a full dashboard to monitor gigs, connect a bank account via Stripe, set availability limits, and even make the confirmation call on their kid's behalf. Kids are organized into three age tiers — Junior (8–11), Standard (12–14), and Advanced (15–18) — each with appropriate job types, pay caps, and distance limits.
