I spent 3 hours answering the questions on the forms preparing for my upcoming visit. I got kicked off the website and when I logged back in only two sections had been completed. When I tried to get back in nothing happened. This is very frustrating. The app is not intuitive and the “next” buttons are unresponsive.
App needs work in getting it to load!

I’m poor, I can’t afford a new iPhone. This app has an update but requires iso 13.2 or higher. My iPhone will not update past 12.5 because Apple is trying to force me to buy the newest model. I tried to use this app to look up my test results, can’t access without updating app, can’t update app without updating my ISO, can’t update ISO because Apple wants me to upgrade phone. Therefore this app is no longer of use to me, will have log in through my computer, when I get home.

I was forced to update the app and it didn’t load properly or something because I got a completely white screen. Had to quit the app and open it again. I went to the Radiology option to see my scans but when I touched Download nothing happened for any of the scans. No message appeared or anything. Please fix this because I want to share it with one of my specialist.

I received a response from the developer with instructions too long press the download button. I tried that and selected the option to open my radiology report but the report still did not open. I sent a video to the developer.

(Long Press) From there, the option to open, add to reading list, copy or share will prompt from your iOS device.
