I love Max and their low price yet high quality products. Also their COD charges are very low than any other platforms, which is highly kind and convenient. I personally appreciate when businesses do not exploit customers vulnerable spots but instead support them and thru their low COD charges and free delivery above 100 proves that. So thank you! God bless.

It’s very frustrating to shop online as most of the products which are on sale are out of stock but the items are still showing. Also, after I have finished with my online purchase & payment and got the order confirmation, the next day I have got an email saying my order has been cancelled as the stock was finished. Why do you’ll accept the payment if the stock is unavailable. My money is stuck for 15 days till I get it back from you’ll. Most of the reviews are negative but these issues are still happening. You will surely loose out on more customers fast as I will not be shopping on your site.

I’ve made an online order a week ago and ur website says delivery from 2-4 days but till now my shipment hasn't arrived , i track it every day and nothing changes aramex doesn't reply with anything useful and am traveling abroad on the 22nd of may and this way i might miss my prepaid shipment ... awful online shopping experience with max

I ordered a clothing set from them and only one piece came (only the shirt and no pants)the shirt even had a sticker that said that it was a part of a set.I tried contacting them and it was no help,I emailed them and they had a computer reply to me and not a real person I could address the issue to,I also tried contacting them with Facebook messenger and instagram dm but there was no reply.I would never buy from them again and you can find lots of different online shops with good customer service other that there trash service.😒
