Kidgy: Find my Family app will help you keep your kids safe, monitoring their online activity, knowing current GPS location and coming to the rescue if they need help.

The application allows you to easily:
- Сheck GPS location of your kids in real-time and view the list of visited places during the day
- Create geo-fences and get immediate notifications when your kids breach them
- Let your kids inform you in case of emergency or danger
- Monitor contact list
- Assign tasks remotely and get notified once they are done
- View the list of installed apps (if the monitored device is being run on a different platform)

How to track my kids?
1. Install our phone tracker app from AppStore
2. Set up user profiles on both devices. Please pay attention that you need to have an access to the child's device to install the app on it too.
3. Monitor your target device remotely

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Good app but have some suggestions

I like the tracking feature of this app but wish there was an option to let the app know your child is with you so you don’t keep getting the notifications that the phone has moved or hasn’t. There also needs to more control settings on the notifications as well. You should be able to choose if you want notifications every five minutes or more length in between.

FYI: I’ve never had this happen on a pay-in-app download, but I did nothing any different than I normally would. 7 free day trial, when downloaded, it immediately charged for a year subscription ($74) without even setting up passwords or knowing what the app cost. I use a separate pre-paid card so as not to have any mishaps, it was of course denied, considered lucky and I canceled this supposed subscription and deleted the app. It later managed to bypass it and simply move on to the next form of payment without permission. Two days later I caught it. Apple got me refunded, but it was hours of discovery and two more days of wait time for a response, still waiting for the cash to hit my account. It could be my fault I guess, unless I repeat the process, we’ll never know. Simply put, its not anything I’ve ever had happen before...just have to make sure to take out any back-up payment options, until I find the issue.

Has potential, but...

I called the support number several times because of glitchy issues. Never have spoken to a person. The system keeps me on hold listening to beeps and promises that someone will be with me shortly, but in the end tells me to contact them via email and hangs up on me. So l sent an email, and still haven't been contacted back.

As for the glitchy issues, the app has my child's phone going all over town when it's actually sitting right next to me. I have some ideas about this, but someone from Kidgy support would actually have to speak with me to see about resolving this. As it is, the tracking feature is useless for me. I also am having trouble changing the geofences.

I like some of the features, and l see potential in improving things, but as it is right now, don't get the expensive plan.

Location feature directly depends on GPS module of the device and locations services should be enabled in High Accuracy mode so that Kidgy can get the most accurate location from the device's GPS module. You can delete old geofence and create a new one, at the moment you cannot modify them.
