As a Moovy customer, you get all parking services in one package. The service is available to you in parking garages, outdoor areas and along the streets.
• As a Moovy customer, in parking garages you drive in and out without cards, tickets or queuing at checkouts.
• On the streets, you park with the application without coins or cards, parking fees will be charged to your payment card afterwards.
• Manage your contract parking spaces 24 hours a day with the Moovy application. In the Subscriptions section, you can see to which locations the contract product can be ordered.
• The application guides and helps you even before you set off. It helps you find the best parking options.
• All your parking and event information is always real-time and easy to view.

Will charge you for free parking
I parked at Ratina, which has one hour free parking, for about 15 minutes. Was charged 1€ for it. Contacted customer service about it, never heard back. Today, my husband took the car and parked in a Moovy-use lot, and the app didn’t tell me until after he’d paid 4€ for his parking there— AND I’ve been charged the same by the app. I just emailed customer service about it, and got the same “our customer service lines are congested...” message I got the first time. I’m sure they’re congested by people wanting their money back.

Thank you for the feedback! One hour of free parking is only available with a ticket at the Ratina.
If you use a ticket, remember to disable camera recognition of your vehicle’s registration number through “Vehicles” tab on your Moovy account by tapping the circle next to the registration number. Our customer service is currently congested as the number of customers has grown rapidly. We are currently recruiting more staff for customer service to ease the situation. Apologies!
