I expected online ordering to be so eager for my money they’d accept Apple Pay. But no, I had to copy paste my card info in. Also this is an iPhone app and makes no use of the expensive space of the iPad screen. Truly a second rate app effort.

This is one of the worst iOS apps I’ve ever seen- I have no idea how it can have a 4-star rating. If you fill out an order, and don’t have an address submitted yet, it becomes impossible to submit the order as the submit button is hidden. If you need to enter your credit card info, the expiration date is invisible. So it’s a haptic-feedback guessing game trying to figure out what number you’re scrolling to. Even if these critical-level bugs didn’t exist, the layout and design of this app is extremely dated (10+ years) and confusing to use.

Ordered something through Grabull and immediately got a call that I was outside their delivery range. I asked them to cancel the order and the restaurant I ordered from called me expecting me to pick it up. I called and emailed Grabull multiple times. I never got a refund and their customer support shouted at me and told me I had an “understanding problem.” Eventually I outsourced the refund request to my bank. Do yourself a favor and never order through them.

User friendly app with various options to choose from the menus. Ordering is made easy and definitely helpful especially when you're hungry.
