STAY FOCUSED WITH POMODORO TIMER AND STOPWATCH
Use the built-in Pomodoro timer to work in focused intervals and boost productivity. Switch to the stopwatch to track time without breaks. Attach the timer to any task and monitor time spent.
BUILD HABITS AND REACH YOUR GOALS
The habit tracker helps you form healthy routines and drop bad ones. Drink water, learn a language, exercise, meditate — add habits to your list and check them off daily. Set daily goals, track your streaks, and stay motivated.
SHARE LISTS AND COLLABORATE
Run family projects, shared to-do lists, or team tasks together. Share any list by link — even with people who don't use SingularityApp. Assign tasks and stay in sync.

I have been looking for the One True App to be my chaos-and-entropy management system…and this app is doing the job! It is simple, beautiful, and intuitive…but still has all of the features I need. I love the ease of managing the hierarchy in my various projects…I love that I can add notes on projects (I use this space for goals). The tags and filters are great, I love the colors I can assign to projects, I love the habits feature and the pomodoro feature. Todoist was the closest competitor, but Singularity won my attention and the investment of my time. Thanks, guys, keep up the good work!!! :)

Thanks for the rating and great review of the app 💜
I’m in love
The Bee's Kneez
I used the Getting Things Done (GTD) for years and drifted away from it because it was too heavy to maintain. I returned to using it with a lighter version to just collect all my tasks in one inbox and process them. Tried a number of apps and this one is the best. Singularity offers an awesome system for the light version of GTD. Love how it operates across Windows and Mac. Overall it’s made a huge difference. I’m a fan!

I have been using Singularity for the last 1 - 2 months and have started to rely on it for everything. I started with the “Habits” function, as I am a visual “doer”. The Habits function changed how I was approaching each day and repetitive tasks (including workouts, etc) - what a great idea. The tasks (Today) falls in line with “get things done” process and I have replaced my “Things3” with Singularity. At the same time, I can establish projects and a progression of tasks to keep myself focused. After 2 months, I feel I have only scratched the surface of Singularity - but, it has helped me focus and achieve things I was struggling with.Awesome tool!

Do you understand how amazing this app really is???

I have used dozens of task managers over the years. I have tried the big names like Todoist and TickTick. I have experimented with smaller, more niche tools like Amazing Marvin. None of them do what Singularity does, which honestly still surprises me.For me, tasks happen constantly. Many of them recur daily, weekly, monthly, annually, and at odd intervals like every three weeks. That kind of recurrence is non negotiable in my life.People sometimes ask why I do not use a habit tracker for things that recur that frequently. The answer is simple, even if it sounds subtle. Tasks are time bound. Habits are time agnostic but time anchored. These are not habits. They are tasks. And I want a task manager that treats them as such. The real difference with Singularity is how it handles recurring tasks. Singularity uses templates. That sounds simple, but it changes everything. Here is a real example. I take the trash cans to the street every Thursday at 6 pm. But life happens. I might go out to dinner with my wife. Traffic might be worse than expected. I might have a late work meeting. So that one week, I cannot take the trash out at 6 pm and I move that instance to 8 pm.I do not make that change inside Singularity. I do it in Google Calendar, because Singularity integrates beautifully with Google Calendar. Here is where every other task manager fails.Every other task manager with bidirectional Google Calendar sync treats that change as a rule change. When you move that one instance, it shifts not only that task, but every future instance of the recurring task going forward.Singularity does not. That is exactly what I want. Why should one off reality change the future forever. That was not a new preference. It was just life getting in the way that day.Singularity handles this elegantly because the recurring task is driven by a template. The template stays intact. You can move a single instance without rewriting the future.Anyone who manages a large number of recurring tasks should want this behavior. It feels obvious once you experience it, yet almost no other developers do it this way.I do not know why. But it is great for Singularity, and it is why I genuinely believe it is the best task manager on the market, hands down!
