The charging timer screen now shows “Done at” before the estimated finish time, making it easier to tell the countdown apart from the completion time at a glance.

Charging alarms Never miss a full charge, even when your phone is muted. Charging alarms now sound through Silent and Focus modes, so you always know the instant your car is ready to go. While your vehicle is charging, a live countdown appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Just glance at your phone to see exactly how many minutes are left until your target charge is reached, no app opening required. Winter mode Get range estimates that match real-world winter driving. You can now set a custom range loss percentage (0–40%) for each vehicle to account for cold weather, snow, headwinds, and other conditions that cut into how far you actually get on a charge. Adjust the slider in the Battery section when editing a vehicle, and your range estimates instantly update everywhere in the app: trip plans, remaining range, and arrival predictions. Charging speeds and estimated charging times stay accurate and unchanged—only your real-world range is adjusted.

New in 5.1.0: • Amp Input Support — You can now enter AC charging power in amps (A) instead of kilowatts (kW). Ideal for Tesla drivers whose dashboards show charging rates in amps like “32A”. • AC Voltage Setting — Pick your local AC voltage in Settings (120V US, 230V EU, 240V AU) for more accurate power calculations. • Automatic Conversion — The app now automatically converts between amps and kilowatts based on your selected voltage.

No need to open the app – it's like having a tiny Kilowatt on standby! Estimated Charge Level: Ever wonder how much juice you've got mid-charge? Now you can see your estimated current charge level in real-time. Futuristic Alarm: By popular demand (okay, one very persistent request – you know who you are!), we've added a new, less startling alarm sound. It's more "welcome to the future" and less "wake up, your car's being stolen!" We hope these new features make your charging sessions even more enjoyable. This version fixes the navigation issues for iPad users, and adds a silly new feature that allows you to change the app icon to something more suitable to your great sense of style.

This latest releases features some design changes like the new tabbar navigation. But more importantly, instead of the regular notification sound you can now also choose a car horn sound.
