Amazing Idea
Just charge for download
I realize the app falls under the "in-app purchases" category. But That could mean premium brushes or a premium option that isnt required. But for someone looking to do digital art for fun, you require a lot of money... I'm not willing to pay that much. If you had mentioned the required subscription fees in your description, that would have been nice. The app looks nice though and I'm sure it's high quality for those fees.

We're so sorry for the misunderstanding. Painter is a subscription-based application that offers a free trial period. And like all other subscription-based apps, the App Store lists Painter in the category of "Free: Offers In-App Purchases," which we understand can be confusing for customers.
The app starts with a free trial period when you sign up for a subscription. You can cancel the subscription up to 24 hours before the free trial period ends and you will not be charged. We hope this info is helpful and appreciate the feedback.
Purchased Painter will not authorize
I have a paid serial # for Paointer. Whwn I insdtall it and put in serial # it just goes away. When restarted it asks for the serial number again. It is stuck in this loop.
