To use the DumaOS app, your router must be running DumaOS 3.0 or later. Telstra customers can also use this app if they have Telstra Internet Optimiser.

The app crashes a lot and half the time the map on Geo filter doesn’t even show the map it’s blank so you have no way of making changes due to that.

I love this router and the app is great so I don’t need to use my PC to manage it. Only issue is not being able to log in sometimes and having to reset the modem to gain access again. Otherwise it’s rich with features and top of the line.

Have an R3 and really liking the design and layout of the app. Can do most everything that the web version can do. Seems to alaway be adding features and improving!

Thanks for your feedback on this! If the devices getting duplicate IPs are Apple devices, it may be due to the Private addresses feature being toggled on in the Wi-Fi network's settings. I'd suggest you try disabling this to see if it resolves the problem. If you like to troubleshoot this a little further you can always make a new topic over at forum.netduma.com!
Crashes Upon Opening

This app hasn’t worked in months. The last update was 2 months ago and they’ve done nothing since they broke it. The second I click on the app it crashes. Pretty inconvenient not being able to access the router from the convenience of the app.
