Love my mower, paying for it is entirely another matter. Not asking for much, just a frictionless way to pay JDF each month.
Account verification is clumsy at best. Why can’t I use my debit card associated with my bank account?? The small interchange would be offset by timely payments.
Automatically Logs You Off
I have been a John Deere customer for quite some time, and appreciate most of their services. However, I believe it will be in their best interest to improve the JDF app. The app will not stay logged in if you switch to check another app. When switching back, it will basically restart the app, take some time to think, and you’ll be logged out and have to re-log in. Super annoying. The app navigation works, but again is less than desirable. I feel like it could easily be improved with a little effort.
Works good
I was stuck at the agreement page but after sending an email to let them know, it was fixed and working perfectly.
