Ruggable 17+

I love how rugs cozy up a space. Before Ruggable: When my senior dog started having accidents in the house I would steam clean my carpet. No matter how often, or what chemical I used it never got the smell out. I gave up! I tossed my rugs in the garbage deciding I would try again when my senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge. Then a friend told me about Ruggable! I have my cozy home back! I throw my rugs in the wash with detergent and Oxy clean (color safe) and they are good as new!! Thanks Ruggable!!

First off, I love your rugs, they are the best on the market, but there are several things that frustrate me with your company and your app. A rewards program should be marketed everywhere, I go to the account tab and can’t even find my rewards, only the points I have. The only way to view my rewards is by clicking a star in the upper right corner of the cart which is very frustrating and likely an accessibility issue as well. You can’t stack promos, I understand this will cut into your bottom line but a rewards program is loyalty dollars earned, they should be able to be combined with a promo, that’s ridiculous. Also, there is no view in room feature, every single major rug seller has this capability but not Ruggable, very odd.

I absolutely love these rugs. I have two dogs with sensitive stomachs and if they get sick on the rug, I no longer feel the need to cry because I know I can just throw it in the wash and it’ll come out looking fantastic.

I also have two potbelly pigs living in my house and this is fun for them. They like to pull the base apart from the top, it’s fun for them so it’s actually an enrichment activity that keeps them entertained.

I now own 7 ruggables and plan to purchase more.
