The app is pretty good and the delivery is fast but for foreigners master cards only work and and type of visa doesn’t…I’ve contacted my bank to have my card white listed and it still didn’t work…fix this issue!!

I used this app to order fried chicken from BHC. I waited for over an hour, only to receive a notification saying the food had been delivered to me. But it wasn't there. I asked the front desk, and they told me to check the lobby—still nothing. Later, with the front desk's help, they communicated with the customer service of this app and found out the driver had been waiting at the entrance. No phone call to me, no notice to the front desk to contact me—they just threw away my food!!! What's worse, they refused to refund me, claiming it was because I didn't pick it up. But no one had notified me at all! My six-year-old daughter and I were starving and absolutely furious! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced in my life!
Disappointed Experience – K-Food Has a Long Way to Go

I often hear people talk about how K-culture and K-pop are taking over the world, and companies use the term K-Food to ride that wave. But honestly, K-Food services are far from global.Customer service for non-Korean speakers is practically impossible. Even as a Korean living abroad who speaks the language, my order was delivered to the wrong address — and I received no compensation or proper response.While Korea takes pride in exporting K-culture, from BTS to K-content, the infrastructure behind services like this still fails to support international or even overseas Korean users. If Korea truly wants to make K-Food a global standard, this is an area that desperately needs improvement.

This app is so flawed. I’ve been struggling for years with this app. Don’t ever download this app. Use yogio instead or use coupon eats bring Uber eats back to Korea. It literally won’t let me or my friend order. I have like seven different credit cards and none of them work on the stupid app even though they work everywhere else in Korea even at the ATM everything and also something with the phone number set up as weird and they don’t let you text. This apple is made by people who don’t know how to serve a customer base outside of their stupid circle
