Animal Care Co
I felt so ripped off. They have you sign up for a trial thats not good for more than 10 responses. Then if you pay for a basic account $20, it wont let you use the features you chose. They want an extra $80 to let you add an image? Are you joking me? Last, they "lock" the survey you spent time creating and ask you to upgrade. I buy lots of software for my work and this just felt so deceptive and predatory. I let them keep my $20, and closed my account. I couldn't even chat for an extra second with these creeps.

In preparation for two door-to-door data collection projects, I searched around to see what kind of electronic data collection tools we might be able to use instead of the more traditional paper surveys. The search yielded several options, but I was drawn to QuickTap because of its positive reviews, adaptable interface, and most importantly, its ability to collect data offline. I was also very impressed with their friendly and responsive customer support team who readily answered numerous questions even before we signed on (and, this steady and great support continued throughout our use of the product). The software was intuitive and very easy to use whether it was designing the survey, changing questions or features, or actually using it out in the field. Uploading the data at the end of each day was seamless, as was downloading the data for viewing or analysis. There are a few style and function options I would like to see added and the customer team gladly noted those requests for the development team. Overall, I was very satisfied with the software and the support I received and I will definitely look to QuickTap again in the future for our data collection needs!
