It's important to measure your heart rate for insights into the effort you are putting in and to progress safely.
The cardio gauge explains the benefits of your effort at any given time: Blue = warm-up, Green = Endurance, Orange: Resistance, etc.

It’s a great app! It includes Nordic Walking which is what I do. The only thing is that I don’t know how accurate it is. My husband and I both use it and it gives us different results of distance when we walk together..but I guess close enough 😊
GPS Correction needed
A simple but very powerful app, easy to use. Only thing I found annoying is it’s lack of GPS correction in China which make the routine always mismatch the map, hope it will be fixed

I LOVE it
The New look is great. I love how it stops without me having to stop it and starts when I need it to. The only thing is that it does not do miles it only does kilometers.
