Slow, buggy and way too complicated
Look I get that ASW has a lot going on. But the way it’s set up in the app it’s almost impossible to find. I got a contact request from a member. Great. I click on the email I got, it should take me to the app right? Nope. The website. Where the login times out instead of connecting through to the mobile version.
So I go on the app. I go to activity. You’d think it would be there. It’s not. Maybe it’s in messages. I mean I got a message to tel me. It’s not. I jump around for 10 minutes on a painfully slow app and finally just give up.
Add to that things like my contact picture not showing up in the app. And adding one again just freezes it. And a litany of other small things. I’m not sure what member tricked you into buying their services to make this thing but it’s not doing justice to the community you’ve built.
Looks like a great platform that could be great to use for networking, but it is so badly delivered... You don’t show people that I should connect with...or people who are around me... why are you asking for my location then if you are not using it? You want users to join random conversations(which is pretty strange in the first place) instead of suggesting people I should look up...
And it doesn’t really explain why you guys are different from any other networking platform...
+ you do need to update your UI/UX ASAP
Really confusing for someone who is new on the platform
But hosting events all over the globe for networking, that’s a really great idea 🙏🏻
Completely new app!
The app was completely redesigned from scratch this June and it finally looks great and works the way it should. It’s now a lot easier to connect with other members, engage in discussions and see where the next events are.
