There should be a stronger vetting process for digital assets listed for sale, as well as immediate action when users report issues. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I spent on these coins. I didn’t think it was safe to keep crypto assets on an exchange so I transferred my Optimism (OP) tokens to my Uniswap wallet.. no problem… well, that was until I tried sending them to back to onto the exchange. I have more than enough USDC, USDT and ETH to cover the gas fees but kept getting a notice saying that I didn’t have enough ETH to cover the gas fees. I reached out to Customer Support… They will not chat online or talk on the phone. Only email. Two days later, they said I had to convert my Ethereum (ETH network) tokens to Ethereum tokens (OP network). Can’t perform a swap within uniswap .. unable to buy ETH-OP b/c four different credit cards keep getting declined.. can’t bridge tokens because the bridge apps do not support uniswap. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! Not sure how they plan on enticing the masses when someone who has been into crypto for over 4 years finds the user experience beyond ridiculously complicated. The solution: stick with BITCOIN ONLY!!!!!!
