DO NOT USE - Biggest scam I’ve ever seen in my life
If you buy tickets through RailNinja you’re literally going to pay over 50% more for no reason. I cancelled my tickets and bought the same ones directly through the actual rail company’s website. I was disgusted when I saw how much cheaper it was. The worst part is if you make the same mistake I did and try to cancel tickets bought through RailNinja, they only refund you 80% of the price you paid. Whoever runs this company is pathetic and should be ashamed of themselves. What a dishonest way to make a living, do you not have shame? Absolutely horrible company that I hope does not survive to do this to people anymore.

Mostly convenient!
This app was wonderful to easily make my plans for my upcoming trip. The only issue I ran into was the app would not accept my 2 VISA credit cards the first 4 times I tried! But hang in there….the fifth time was the charm.
