Ratings and Reviews
Easy to use
The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. It would be nice to have the ability to remove linked bank accounts without the need to call customer service.
PLAID
Haven't fully done a loan through them, seems easy to manage and enjoy.. however every time I have tried to apply the plaid link to link your bank account NEVER works so I never can get passed that step.. very annoying..
Website Not Compatible for Mobile Devices
If you click on “Get A Loan” it brings up a list of various loan types. Click on any of them and it redirects to their website. Immediately a disclosure pops up and fills the screen. There is no way to minimize, close, or even acknowledge this disclosure. You can’t access the website because you can’t close the disclosure language.
