I’m currently away at military training and attempted to cancel my membership before the renewal date. Unfortunately, due to limited service where I’m stationed, I wasn’t able to confirm the cancellation before the charge went through.As soon as I was able to access a location with stable service, I contacted customer support to explain the situation and formally request both a cancellation and a refund. The representative informed me that my membership was successfully canceled, but saying that they don’t know why I want to cancel and proceeding to mention the number of matches available to me. I reiterated that I would like a refund as well, especially since the renewal had only occurred a day prior and the service has not worked for me, none of the dogs were within my proximity and I haven’t been able to use the platform as intended.After making this request, communication from your team abruptly stopped. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand policies exist, but under these circumstances, I believe a refund is fair and reasonable.Please follow up with me regarding this request as soon as possible.

Do not download this app. You can’t do anything but you can look at pets. It’s $26 to text anyone. Everyone that has tried to buy my dog gets their account deleted atleast 3 hours later. I want my money back so bad. Don’t waste your time.

I gave Petmeetly 5 stars, my might not have a friendly app but their overall service. I had been scammed 2 on Facebook then I went to the rescue center. In the meantime I received a text from Petmeetly with a picture of Maverick. Needless to say I fell in love him. Long story short, as we were working out the details I broke my shoulder in two places. I asked the women if she would hold on to the dog for a month and she was so gracious and agreed. Petmeetly did an excellent job with the verification. No monies changed hands until my little guy was delivered. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I found them this app has a lot of good things although I don’t have a lot of matches for my dog however, if it was easy finding him a mate for his breed then I wouldn’t really need the site then
