Focus is a toolkit for self improvement that helps you stay consistent with new habits and to break existing bad habits.
Focus allows you to ingrain new habits into your lifestyle or to log progress towards a bad habit you want to stay away from. By visualising your progress it helps you see how well you're sticking to your goals.
You're still making progress even if you miss a day, you're only human after all. For this reason streaks are optional in Focus and can be disabled for a blame-less experience.
Focus is 100% free to use, all of its features are available to use without payment or subscription.
