Workouts now show on Home. • WHOOP, rebuilt: connecting brings in two months of history, and it keeps syncing even when Apple Health is your main source. • Watch and WHOOP side by side: see both devices' HRV on the same scale, and get a note on mornings they disagree. • Fresher mornings: your numbers update in the background after you wake, without opening the app. • Smarter patterns: a stricter test means fewer false patterns, a new "short gaps before bed" pattern, and a 28-night dinner experiment that gives you a real answer. • Post-meal heart rate now compares each meal with your usual at that hour, and sets aside meals followed by a walk, workout or sleep. • Travel-proof: each day stays on the date you lived it. • More accurate food matching (cooked rice no longer logs as rice flour), and your weight trend is back on Body. • Plus many fixes.

Bug Fixes

A rebuilt Home, a meal log you can actually correct, and the evidence behind every claim the app makes. Home - A new hero that says one thing about your day and where the evidence stands, instead of a wall of cards. On day one it tells you honestly how far off the first real pattern is: "4 of 12 paired days." - Readiness now works with whatever you wear. Oura, Garmin, Whoop and others each keep their own score under their own name, and if you wear two, you see both numbers side by side and where they disagree. - New accounts can put their own maintenance calories down before the app has learned them, and see how close they were once the logged days arrive. Meal log - Search foods by name against the USDA database, no photo needed. - Barcode scanning now logs a product to your diary, not just judges it. Portions are entered by weight in grams or ounces. - Every logged meal can be reopened and fixed: portions, individual items, photo, restaurant. Corrections made days later teach the app, which is when you are most likely to have the packet in front of you. - Each number now says where it came from: yours, checked, estimate, or rough guess. Meals containing guesses are marked in the diary. - Protein reads alongside calories rather than buried underneath. - The evening reminder asks you to log your meal instead of reciting how many calories you have left. Food and body - Tap any confirmed pattern to see every paired day behind it, plotted. - Effects are reported as a range rather than a single confident number, and a pattern is only shown if it survives dropping any single day. - Per-meal glucose curves, a side-by-side view of the foods you have tested, and a countdown to the verdict on any experiment still running. - An alcohol journal that asks about last night and folds into the same analysis. A "no" counts as an answer. - Settings now includes "Where your data comes from," listing the source behind every metric. Wearables - Multiple devices no longer overwrite each other. Every device's reading is kept, and you can see which one tracks your food most closely. Getting started - Onboarding is shorter and connects health data early, since physiology is half of every pattern. - Invite codes can be entered during setup. Community - A compact, feed-first Community, shareable invite links with QR codes, and referral rewards that now credit both people. Fixes - The food library no longer shows a longevity score that was derived from the spelling of the food's name. - Learning progress counts days you logged food, which is what it always said it counted. - Charts across the app now share one visual system and one set of colors, checked for color-vision accessibility. - App download size is substantially smaller.

Sleep tracking just got a lot more accurate. We fixed an issue where your nightly sleep could show far more hours than you actually slept. Sleep totals, time in bed, efficiency, and your weekly chart now match Apple Health exactly — and past days with inflated numbers will correct themselves automatically after your first sync. We also made sleep sources smarter. KeepEatClean now shows exactly where your sleep data comes from, whether that's your Apple Watch, your iPhone, or another sleep app. Thanks for the reports that helped us track this down. Smarter, Quieter Notifications We’ve completely revamped our notification system to respect your time. Our new 'Balanced' default ensures you get the nudges you need (like meal reminders and streak warnings) without the extra noise. Notifications are now more context-aware, too—so we won’t bug you to log a meal if you already did! Squashed Bugs & Polish Fixed an annoying glitch where an empty HealthKit permission screen would briefly flash every time you opened the app. General performance improvements and under-the-hood stability fixes to keep the app running buttery smooth. Recent Updates and Bug Fixes We've deployed a couple of important bug fixes and improvements to the app to ensure your data is displayed cleanly and accurately! 1. Chart Date Label Overlap Fixed Previously, the dates on the x-axis of the health charts (like Resting Heart Rate) were overlapping and difficult to read, especially in the Weekly and 6-Month views, because the system default date formats were too long. The Fix: We implemented custom, compact date formats tailored to each time range. For example, the Weekly view now shows just the day number, and the 6-Month view shows the abbreviated month. We also reduced the label density for the Monthly view to ensure proper spacing, making the charts clean and perfectly legible. 2. Height and Temperature Display Units Fixed During onboarding, users could input their height using the imperial system (e.g., 5'9"), but the Body Measurements dashboard was hardcoded to display it in centimeters (e.g., 173 cm) and temperature in Celsius. The Fix: We updated the display logic to respect the user's preferred measurement system. If you choose imperial units, your height will now display correctly as feet and inches (e.g., 5'9"), and your temperature will show in Fahrenheit. Metric users will continue to see cm and Celsius. 3. Meal Logging Functionality Restored We're also happy to share that the meal logging feature has been updated. There was an issue preventing meals from being logged correctly, but that has been fully resolved, and the meal log is now working smoothly.
