Glissa is an inner glow up journal with nothing to write. It gives you a number for how much of you is showing right now, then gets the rest back one small dare at a time. Thirty seconds a day, tapping only.
Most of what gets put away goes quietly. A yes that should have been a no, a joke about something you actually love, an opinion swallowed so the evening stayed easy. Over enough years the habits that kept the peace stop feeling like habits and start feeling like personality. Glissa is built to find them and give them back.

A short quiz gives you one number for how much of you is showing, and names the four patterns holding the rest. People pleasing, anxious attachment, hyper-independence, downplaying, or one of the others.
- See the pattern behind what happened today
One check-in a day, about thirty seconds. Tap what happened and Glissa shows which pattern it came from. Each tap shrinks that pattern a little, and you can type instead whenever you want to.
- Take back more of yourself, one dare a week
Something small to go and do in your actual life, built from your own answers. A piece of you comes back the moment you log it, and a dare you skip costs you nothing. It waits.
- Vent, then know what to do next time
Type what happened, at any length. Glissa asks one question at a time until it can hand you one thing to try next time it comes up.
- Understand the habit and stop blaming yourself
Every pattern comes with a short read on where it started. The method behind the whole app is drawn from published studies, each one cited inside it.
- Watch it working
Your number sits on a scale from Flickering to Magnetic and moves when you do. It never goes down.
- Your words stay on your phone
There is no account to make. Everything you tap or type is stored on your device, and you can delete all of it whenever you want. The vent's questions come from a language model, and nothing you write goes to it until you say yes inside the app.
Glissa is free to download. The full app is a subscription, weekly or yearly, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings.
Glissa is a self-help tool and does not replace therapy. If you are in a crisis, it shows you who to call.
