Need to book a customer yourself? Pick the service, enter their info, choose a date and time slot, and confirm. You can send an SMS confirmation automatically.
TAP TO PAY
Collect contactless payments right on your iPhone — no card reader required. Customers tap their card or phone to pay. On iPad, enter card details manually. Powered by Stripe for secure, reliable processing.
CALENDAR SYNC
Connect your personal calendar and Arrively automatically blocks off that time so customers can't double-book you. Only start and end times are synced — event names and details never leave your device.
SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified instantly when customers book, cancel, or reschedule. Booking request alerts let you confirm or decline when you have booking confirmation enabled. Never miss a new appointment.
CANCELLATION GAP-FILL
When a job cancels, Arrively can suggest replacement bookings or automatically fill the gap from your waitlist. Choose between manual suggestions, automatic filling, or turn it off entirely.
SET YOUR TERMS
Define your service area with a base location and radius. Set working hours for each day of the week. Toggle services on or off. Require booking confirmations or let customers book instantly.
