Build clear records with title, artist, medium, dimensions, year, status, price, currency, location, notes, tags, categories, custom fields, provenance, ownership, editions, exhibitions, sales, contacts and history. Keep the full story of each work together. Add photos, videos, documents, certificates of authenticity, invoices, labels and supporting files. Organise works into collections and folders, then search, filter and browse your archive in grid or list view. When it is time to present your work, create PDF catalogues, password protected viewing rooms, QR codes, share links and your public portfolio. Track collectors, galleries, buyers, contacts, sales, invoices, consignments and exhibitions from the same connected archive.
