Mac version of this software doesn't update IP address

There appears to be no way of updating the ip address of the NAS in the software and it continues to point to the old address. Even if Time Machine can find it and backup to it, this software still doesn't change the address. Refresh and rescan do nothing and I can't find any option to change or update the information on a device that was previously found. It doesn't even see it as a different device, so if it does see it in the background, it doesn't show it in the app.

Hi, could you please try deleting the WOL setting? Additionally, I would like to ask for your ADM version and NAS model. Could you provide information on the specific operation or circumstance after which you noticed the incorrect IP display? This will help us better reproduce the issue. Easy set up - huge upgrade from Synology

Reviewing the software, not the device (which is great so far).

Similar but better interface than synology DSM. Sometimes the specific app is hard to find, but there's a search that makes it easy and fast, so instead of guessing, I just search. Apps are good, generally work well. Drive management is so easy!

Great upgrade from synology. If it's time to upgrade your NAS, give this one a try first.

Unreliable

Even when there were no changes on the Acustor NAS or with the network this app sometimes iworks and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately it is the later case more often. I have link aggregation setup and this utility will display and try to connect to 192.168.7.30 but the address that actually works to connect is the other LAN port (ethernet interface) which has an IP address of 192.168.7.31. This app can't even read the settings from its own NAS correctly and displays an IP address that is not even pingable since the link aggregation will only use one of the originally assigned IP addresses of the ethernet LAN ports that are trunked together. Without link aggregation this app has worked but has to be restarted frequently as it will hang if there are network changes made and/or setings changed on the NAS itself. It cannot read those changes reliably even though any port scan utiltiy immedialty will see the changes. Poor implementation and poor testing.
