Parents can now plan an absence in one go. In the calendar, open Calendar actions and choose Plan an absence. Pick who is unavailable and the days, up to 31 days starting today or later, then choose Find replacements. The app lists the affected drop-offs and pick-ups, routines and tasks, each with a suggested Replacement where there is one. You can change a replacement or leave a duty unresolved. Babysitting requests are listed too, but they cannot be moved here; change them in the request itself. Apply changes asks for one confirmation and then reassigns everything at once. Each person who takes over a duty gets one notification. The dashboard now shows the birthdays of the next 7 days under Upcoming birthdays, with one swipeable card for each child, parent or au pair. For a child, the card shows the age they turn. Parents and au pairs can add their own birthday in their profile under Birthday, as day and month. The family sees the day and month; the year is not stored. The app does not show anyone their own birthday. For an event with drop-off and pick-up confirmation, the au pair who is its pick-up or drop-off person now sees Change pick-up time or Change drop-off time. She picks a new time on the day of the event and saves. The new time applies to the event for everyone, and the parents see that the au pair changed it. The time wheel moves in 5-minute steps. An answer now belongs to its own part of the event: if the pick-up time is moved, an accepted or completed drop-off stays as it is, and the other way round. Once a drop-off or pick-up is marked as done, the au pair can no longer change its time. A parent who was invited by email and signed up with a password now sees the card An invitation is waiting for you. Choose Send confirmation email, tap the link in the email and return to the app: you are added to your family without typing a code. For a child who does not go to school or daycare yet, a parent can now choose Not in school yet on the open school step of the child's profile. The step then counts as done. A school can still be added at any time. Touch and hold an event to open a menu to view its details, edit it or delete it. A repeating event also offers editing just this one occurrence and viewing the full series. The menu shows only what you are allowed to do. If the file of a document request was deleted, the au pair can upload a document again from the request. The parent does not have to ask again. Settings now has a Rate AuPairSync row to write a review on the App Store. When an au pair is archived, her future time off is removed from the calendar; time off that is over or has already begun stays. The warning triangle on a calendar event now also appears when the event overlaps a routine. An announcement on the dashboard shows up to three lines of its text. Announcements now have a search field below the header, the family chat has its own camera button, and the shopping chat shows reaction icons under each message. Deleting a child's friend or a document by swipe now asks first. The agenda keeps its place when an update arrives, and read receipts keep their initials. This version also includes fixes.

Pets now have their place in the app. Under More, Household, Pets, a parent adds a profile for each pet, with a photo, the household's instructions and the phone numbers of the vet and a backup sitter, and sets up care tasks such as feeding or a walk. "Today's pet care" lists what is due today. For babies and toddlers, a parent can switch on "Care logging" for a child. Parents and the au pair then record meals, sleep, bottles, diapers, activities and notes. A corrected entry keeps its earlier versions, and parents can delete a single entry or the whole log. When you hand an event over to the au pair, the app now checks her planned working hours first and says when the day or the week goes over the limit of your program. This is guidance, not legal advice. Drop-off and pick-up confirmations now have clear time limits: they can be marked from 30 minutes before the planned time, a late answer is shown as late, and after the event the answer is final. "View history" shows each step. The note written after an appointment now stays in the preparation packet and is no longer copied into the task. This version also includes fixes.

A parent can now prepare a child's appointment. Open it in the calendar, go to "Preparation packet" and add your instructions, the questions to ask and the things to bring. Once a parent has reviewed and published the packet, the assigned person opens it, ticks things off and marks it as ready. After the appointment, a follow-up task can be proposed; it is created only when a parent approves it. A parent can ask the au pair for a document, such as a passport, a visa or proof of insurance, with a purpose and a due date. The au pair uploads a file or uses one she has already stored, and a parent marks it as reviewed or asks for a replacement. Each request keeps its history and gives no one additional access to documents. Everyone can arrange their own dashboard with "Customize dashboard": drag the cards into your order and hide the ones you do not need. "Needs your attention" stays near the top, and hiding a card switches nothing off. Working hours now show the source and the rule version behind the hour limits of your program. Germany is new as a program next to the two US programs, and the monthly report names the rule source and the rule version. This is guidance, not legal advice. A parent can now pause recurring chores for a household break. Pick the dates and the chores that can wait, and see which occurrences will be skipped before you confirm. Afterwards each chore comes back by itself, with nothing to catch up on. A routine can now have a packing list. Each date has its own checklist to tick off, and the next date starts empty. Dishes can carry tags and a preparation time, with active and total minutes, and the dish list filters by both. For an event that matters, a parent can switch on "Ask to confirm drop-off and pick-up". It is off by default and asks only where a specific person is named. That person accepts or declines and later marks the child as dropped off or collected. Parents get a notification on a decline and when the child is collected, and a declined drop-off or pick-up shows under "Needs your attention". If the answer is missing, one reminder goes out three hours before. An approved half day off now reads "Morning off" or "Afternoon off" in the calendar, in the agenda and on the dashboard. A half day requested on a weekend shows 0 days, the same as the leave balance. AuPairSync is now available in Dutch, notifications and emails included. Forms keep their Save button within reach while the keyboard is open. A photo added to pickup instructions shows a placeholder while it uploads.

A parent can now ask for a confirmation on a chore. The person it is assigned to accepts or declines before ticking it off, and can give a reason for declining. A declined chore stays open and shows up under "Needs your attention" for the parent. Schools and activities can carry pickup instructions: the meeting point, how to arrive, transport and contact notes, and up to three reference photos. Parents write them once, and everyone in the family opens them from the event. Time off now shows a full leave balance with the allowance, days taken, approved days still ahead and what is left. An au pair can ask for a morning or an afternoon off. A parent can set the annual allowance or adjust the balance with a reason, and each change is listed with who made it and when. Overdue pocket money now sits at the top of "Needs your attention" for parents, with the amount and the date it became overdue. A report you send to support is now a case you can follow: "My reports" in Settings shows its status and the replies from AuPairSync support, and you can answer there.
