I can't get my Nano 3 to connect at all and I have a Nano 3s that is on the way which I doubt will connect either.. Its not a Wi-Fi problem because I have a 2.4GHz connection set up already but it still won't connect so this app needs to be fixed ASAP so I can start using my miners.. I love this company but their app is awful right now so please fix it and I will give you a better rating.. Right now I can't even use my nano 3 or my nano 3s because the app isn't working properly for them so I need this fixed as soon as possible because right now they are just collecting dust

I purchased and setup this miner super easily -at first. One day I unplugged the miner to move it to another location, once it powered back on it has been unable to connect to any WiFi. Ive been able to verify its is not a WiFi issue by resetting my other Avalon products and using them. I’ve been emailing back and forth with support, but waiting for days to receive a glorified “have ya tried turning it on and off again” just doesn’t help.

The app works fine and it has connected with no issues. I’d like to see the same web UI available in the app so that you can check all the statistics on the app. Also, the nano 3S does not display the temperature in the app or on the web UI yet it asks you if you’d like to use Fahrenheit or Celsius when you set it up, so I hope there’s updates coming soon.

I read the other one star reviews and bought this device anyway thinking the users were wrong or easily confused. Just as nearly every other review states, the wifi connection method simply does not work. Further no nano heater device ever shows up as a Wi-Fi selection. Beyond computers, fire sticks and tablo. I have lights, switches, cameras all online. This box doesn’t work.
