Whether your team is exhibiting at a Booth in a big trade show or conference, doing a Pop-up, Table Top or Kiosk at a regional/local show, walking around at an event to assess the market, B2Brain is your handy companion, co-pilot, or concierge.
How do you and your team use it?
Step 1: Click a Badge or Business Card of someone you meet at the event.
B2Brain identifies their name and company, and automatically enriches their contact information in your dashboard - business email, linkedin, phone number.
Step 2: Use the Voice Notes feature to add notes with your own voice - things like qualification parameters, what are the possible next steps in the engagement, anyone else that needs to be looped in, should a new Deal be created in your CRM, have you finalised and Booked the next meeting - time and date.
Step 3: B2Brain transcribes the Voice Note, and provides it for you to edit (any last minute changes, say, a name that you spoke that got misspelt during transcription) and Save the note.
Step 4: B2Brain analyses the note for specific next steps - including Booking a Meeting, Creating a Deal. If the schedule of the next meeting has been mentioned, it will create a Calendar Invite for you to send to the visitor, right away, and get it on their calendar. If a Deal has been mentioned with specific Stage (as per your CRM configuration), it will prompt you with those details, and let you create the Deal in your CRM right from the B2Brain app.
Step 5: Now the notes from your conversation are stored, contact enriched, next steps locked in, CRM updated, you're ready to move onto the next person!
Meanwhile, the B2Brain web dashboard gives you access to all leads scanned by you and your team, across events, tagged by the scanner, event details, date, notes and everything you require, for effective follow ups.
